1. In case of a fibre outage: for IPTV plans, both Internet & IPTV services will not work. For Dish TV plans, Internet will stop but TV services continue normally.
2. IPTV & Dish TV plans are applicable for one TV unit only.
3. OTT platform benefits apply as per the selected plan. Amazon Prime is included only on 200 Mbps & 300 Mbps plans; for other plans, pricing will be updated after customer confirmation.
4. The IPTV package includes up to 1500 channels, subject to availability.
5. IPTV services are provided in HD quality.
6. Dish TV includes 400+ channels in HD.
7. All services are subject to technical feasibility and availability.
8. Prices, plans & channel lists are subject to change without prior notice.
